Anti-Slavery & Human Trafficking Policy
Last updated: April 11, 2026
This policy sets out the position of KARBON MEDIA, S.L. (CIF B26948828, Av. Maisonnave 41, 3B, 03003 Alicante, Spain) ("Karbon Media", "we", "us") on modern slavery, servitude, forced or compulsory labour and human trafficking, as they apply to the operation of rawreels.tv and to every person, performer, contractor and supplier with whom we work.
1. Zero-tolerance statement
Karbon Media has a zero-tolerance approach to modern slavery and human trafficking in any form. We are committed to acting ethically and with integrity in all our business dealings and relationships, and to implementing and enforcing effective systems and controls to ensure that slavery and human trafficking are not taking place anywhere in our own operations or in our supply chain.
2. Scope
This policy applies to all persons working for Karbon Media or on its behalf in any capacity, including employees, directors, officers, agency workers, contractors, external consultants, third-party representatives, models, performers, chat hosts and live cam performers, business partners and suppliers.
3. Performer onboarding & consent
No person may appear in any content published on rawreels.tv unless Karbon Media has first:
- verified their age and identity through a valid government-issued identity document;
- obtained a freely given, specific, informed and unambiguous written consent, in the form of a signed model release and performer agreement, executed by the individual in person and not on their behalf;
- confirmed that the person is acting of their own free will, is of age, is not under duress and is not subject to any form of coercion, debt bondage or third-party control over the consent process.
Any content where these conditions are not met is rejected at review stage and is not published. If such content is discovered post-publication it is removed immediately, in accordance with the 24-hour removal commitment in our Terms of Service.
4. Indicators we monitor
Karbon Media trains its moderation and onboarding staff to identify indicators that may suggest modern slavery or trafficking, including but not limited to:
- signs that the individual is not in control of their own identity documents;
- a third party answering questions on behalf of the individual during onboarding;
- unexplained reluctance or fear when discussing living or working conditions;
- payment instructions that direct income to a third party rather than to the performer themselves;
- any sign of physical or psychological coercion.
Where any indicator is identified, onboarding is paused, the case is escalated to senior compliance staff, and content from that individual is not published pending investigation.
5. Suppliers & business partners
Karbon Media expects all of its suppliers, agents, content partners and other contractors to adhere to the same standards. We reserve the right to terminate our relationship with any supplier or partner found to be in breach of this policy, and will cooperate with relevant authorities where a criminal offence may have been committed.
6. Reporting concerns
Anyone with information or a reasonable suspicion that modern slavery, forced labour or human trafficking is taking place in connection with rawreels.tv or Karbon Media's operations is encouraged to report it immediately to [email protected]. Reports may be submitted confidentially. Karbon Media does not tolerate retaliation of any kind against anyone who raises a concern in good faith.
Reports relating to potentially illegal or non-consensual content are handled under the Complaints Procedure in our Terms of Service and will result in the content being removed within 24 hours where credible.
7. Review
This policy is reviewed at least annually and updated as necessary to reflect changes in applicable law and in our operations. It forms part of the Terms of Service of rawreels.tv and is binding on everyone acting for or on behalf of Karbon Media.
